Our mission and team are focused on providing more than just an apartment for our clients. We have introduced the LIVE LIKE A LOCAL campaign to create a community for our renter in their local neighborhood.

We provide a network of the best local events, shops, fooderies, and most importantly - localizing the local people! We do so by collaborating with local businesses all around New York City to create promotions for any of our renters, helping out local businesses and creating a networking platform for our renters, providing the LIVELIKEALOCAL experience.

Our Mission and team are focused on changing and revolutionizing the retail industry by bringing retail tenants and businesses together, saving money and increasing revenues by sharing space. We believe that working together is stronger than working alone, which is how we came up with the SHAREFRONT approach.
