Joe Hach is the co-founder and partner of Leviathan Capital, launched in December 2017. As Managing Director, he oversees the originators and nurtures relationships with capital partners. Joe has extensive knowledge of real estate capital markets and has arranged nearly $2 billion in debt and equity capital. He was previously a senior associate at Equicap. Joe received the Young Mortgage Banker’s Associations’ 2016 Up and Comer Award and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and English Literature from Vanderbilt University. He is active in various professional organizations.
